Job Description
The Senior Client Data Analytics Lead is responsible for working directly with clients to develop and enhance their data and analytics capabilities, coaching on best practices, and translating client needs into actionable insights to support their digital transformation in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients in rebuilding critical reporting and analytics on Kraken data
- Coach client teams on analytics best practices, roles, tools, and processes
- Occasionally perform hands-on work with SQL or BI to unblock issues or demonstrate solutions
- Translate client needs into clear input for Kraken product and engineering teams
- Help clients adopt Kraken data and build lasting data capabilities to support their transformation
- Play a strategic role in establishing vision, practices, and playbook for the new client-facing data team
Requirements
- Experience leading a high-performing analytics or data team.
- Ability to work directly with clients to help them develop modern, transformative data and analytics capabilities as part of their broader Kraken transformation.
- Proficiency in guiding clients to rebuild critical reporting analytics on Kraken data.
- Experience coaching client teams on analytics best practices, including roles, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with sample SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) tools to help unblock issues or demonstrate solutions.
- Ability to translate client needs into clear input for Kraken product and engineering teams.
- Strong data leadership skills with the ability to establish vision, practices, and playbook for a new client-facing data team.
- Excellent communication skills to serve as a part coach, part practitioner, and part translator for client data adoption and capability building.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to send CVs in English.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform the role's responsibilities, including client-facing interactions and hands-on technical work.
