Job Description
The Program Technical Lead is responsible for managing the technical aspects of client migrations and business transformations using the Kraken energy platform, leading technical relationships, and supporting sustainable energy initiatives through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical aspects of a major client program involving platform migration and transformation.
- Lead the technical pillar of the migration process and manage the ongoing technical relationship with the client.
- Manage a program of change for clients licensing the Kraken platform as part of broader business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Own the technical part of a major client program with an international energy retailer, including leading the technical pillar of the migration and managing the subsequent technical relationship.
- Manage a program of change for the client who has chosen to license the Kraken platform as part of a broader business transformation objective.
- Be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment where the role may take different shapes throughout the week.
- Be well-rounded, comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, and willing to roll up sleeves to get into the nitty gritty of a problem.
- Be committed to the Kraken way of delivering technology based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency.
- Have the ability to bring senior stakeholders through a journey of change and challenge beliefs when necessary.
- Have the ability to see through multiple viewpoints and reach beyond your remit to support the client when needed.
