Job Description
The Head of Financial Systems will lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient financial systems to support rapid growth, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance across multiple countries, partnering with cross-functional teams to leverage automation and advanced business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy, architecture, and implementation of the company's financial systems landscape.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, and Data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient tools, data, and workflows.
- Optimize ERP systems to improve reporting accuracy, accelerate close cycles, and enable strategic insights.
- Ensure financial systems adhere to internal controls, regulatory compliance, and reporting standards.
- Build and maintain a modern, scalable financial systems ecosystem leveraging automation and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in scaling financial systems for high-growth companies.
- Expertise in internal controls within financial systems.
- Proficiency in advanced business intelligence related to finance.
- Experience in global process harmonization across multiple countries.
- Ability to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of financial systems landscape.
- Partnering closely with Finance, Engineering, Product, and Data teams to ensure tools, data, and workflows scale efficiently, securely, and intelligently.
- Experience with ERP optimisation to support accurate reporting and faster close cycles.
- Experience in building and managing a modern, scalable financial ecosystem that enables strategic insights.
- Ensuring financial systems meet best-in-class internal controls, regulatory compliance, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to develop and implement a forward-thinking financial systems strategy.
- Experience in building a world-class finance function as the company scales across multiple countries.
