The job involves supporting the reliability, performance, and scalability of Kraken's energy management platform by architecting, developing, and maintaining resilient infrastructure, ensuring high availability for products serving millions of customers.

- Architect, develop, and maintain resilient and scalable infrastructure for the platform.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of products serving millions of customers.
- Support products to maintain stability and high performance.
- Implement best practices for building products at scale.
- Identify areas for performance and reliability improvements.
- Continuously improve product reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in supporting products that serve millions of customers to ensure stability and high performance for the company's brands and clients.
- Experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining resilient and scalable infrastructure that powers and supports platform products.
- Ability to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of platform products.
- Knowledge of best practices in building products for scale.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail to identify areas for enhancement, ensure optimal product performance, and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
