The role involves developing and executing sales strategies for enterprise storage solutions within the SLED sector, building relationships with customers and partners, and driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-led engagements in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies within the SLED sector
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
Lead consultative, solution-led sales engagements across infrastructure, cloud, and software portfolios
Drive RFP responses, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation
Collaborate with channel resellers, partners, and internal teams to expand reach and influence
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas
Develop and implement account plans and territory strategies
Lead pursuit teams and develop strategies to close deals
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of EverPure solutions
Requirements
10 years of field sales experience.
Proven success with direct and indirect sales on SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts.
Experience working with Channel, GSI (Global System Integrators), and Ecosystem Partners.
Advanced prospecting skills in engaging Public sector customers.
Strong drive for sales and relationship building with credibility.
Ability to develop and execute account plans and territory strategies to close deals consistently.
Experience in leading consultative, outcome-driven sales engagements aligned to SLED sector s transformation priorities.
Ability to promote innovative solutions, including advocating for all-flash enterprise storage technology.
Experience in driving RFP responses, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation for customers.
Ability to build and foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction, and positioning as a thought leader on digital transformation, cloud, and data strategies.
Experience in managing sales pipelines to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Ability to collaborate with partners and develop joint go-to-market strategies to expand reach and influence.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting proposals and highlighting product benefits.
Professional proficiency in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
