Job Description
The People Business Partner role involves advising and supporting leaders across multiple regions to build high-performing, inclusive teams, manage organizational changes, and enhance employee experience through strategic initiatives, coaching, and cross-border mobility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide tools, resources, and guidance for effective leadership
- Support performance conversations, career development, and sensitive employee situations
- Translate and implement global career and performance frameworks locally
- Facilitate employee mobility, relocations, and cross-border team movements
- Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize and execute people initiatives using data and feedback
- Coach leaders through organizational changes, team development, and conflict resolution
- Monitor and promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusive culture across regions
- Lead initiatives that foster belonging and support remote and hybrid team culture
- Contribute to global PeopleOps projects and support integration of new teams or businesses
- Represent employer brand at external people-focused events and partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in partnering with team managers to provide tools, resources, and guidance that help them lead confidently and effectively.
- Ability to support leaders and teams through performance conversations, career growth discussions, and sensitive situations, always with empathy and fairness.
- Experience in translating global career development and performance frameworks into local context and ensuring they are actively adopted.
- Experience in ensuring employees have seamless experiences when relocating, going on secondments, or moving between teams and countries, and acting as the go-to facilitator for mobility questions and cross-border coordination across Europe and the US.
- Ability to collaborate with global PeopleOps and regional leaders to prioritize and implement key initiatives using data, insights, and employee feedback to inform decisions around performance, engagement, and team development.
- Experience in coaching leaders through team changes, organizational planning, and leadership challenges, including supporting mediation and conflict resolution to build stronger, healthier teams.
- Partnering with Learning & Development to identify learning opportunities based on observed trends in the field.
- Monitoring wellbeing, engagement, and team health across regions, and taking action through managers and leaders where needed.
- Promoting inclusive, people-first practices that reflect local and global cultures and values, and leading initiatives that foster belonging and bring the company culture to life across remote and hybrid teams.
- Contributing to global PeopleOps projects that enhance the business and employee experience, including supporting integration efforts when new teams or businesses join.
- Representing the employer brand externally at people-focused events and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in a strategic, hands-on HR or People Business Partner role, ideally supporting multiple regions or countries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and local leaders to support a high-quality employee experience.
- Experience in using data, insights, and employee feedback to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
