Job Description
The Learning Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the global Docebo learning platform, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external users, and supporting learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global management of Kraken's Docebo learning platform ecosystem.
- Configure, optimize, govern, and continuously improve the Docebo platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless learning experience for internal and external users.
- Manage vendor relationships, integrations, and content architecture related to the learning platform.
- Design and implement learning experiences to support onboarding, skill development, and career progression.
- Support SaaS implementation teams by enabling learning experiences during client onboarding and deployment.
- Develop and execute the roadmap for platform improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience with Docebo learning platform, including configuration, optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Experience owning and leading the global management of a learning platform ecosystem.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues across Learning, Technology, People Ops, Engineering, and global delivery and client teams to ensure a seamless, world-class user experience for internal and external users.
- Experience in technical platform ownership, including content architecture, vendor management, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in data analytics governance related to learning systems.
- Experience in learning-experience design to shape onboarding, skills development, role progression, and access to learning across the entire colleague lifecycle.
- Support SaaS implementation teams by enabling learning experiences for client organisations during onboarding and deployment of the platform.
- Ability to design strategic roadmaps, implement improvements, solve problems, and ensure the platform runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning system improvements and troubleshooting platform issues.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, especially Docebo, and their integration with other systems.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Ability to support the configuration and management of learning content and system settings.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and system integrations related to learning platforms.
- Strong organisational skills to oversee governance and continuous improvement processes for the learning platform.
- Ability to support onboarding and deployment of learning solutions for client organisations using the Kraken platform.
- Commitment to ensuring a high-quality, seamless learning experience for all users.
