Job Description
The Operations Director - Organizational Design is responsible for building and leading a global practice that develops and evolves enterprise operating models for high-performing, product-led, data-enabled businesses in the energy sector, ensuring organizational structures and decision-making processes support digital transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a global delivery practice for Kraken's Operating Model blueprint
- Serve as the subject matter expert on high-performing, product-led, data-enabled business operations at scale
- Manage and oversee all Senior Client Delivery Leads for Operating Model across multiple regions
- Evolve and maintain Kraken’s enterprise Operating Model to support organizational transformation
- Ensure clients are structurally aligned to leverage Kraken’s technology and data platform for business success
Requirements
- Experience building and leading a global delivery practice that owns and evolves enterprise Operating Model blueprint.
- Expertise in how high-performing, product-led, data-enabled businesses operate at scale.
- Global responsibility experience across APAC, Europe, and North America.
- Experience directly managing all Senior Client Delivery Leads for Operating Model.
- Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise Operating Models for utilities or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of organizational structure, decision-making processes, product and operations alignment, and data flow within organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as the company is an English-speaking organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on energy management and digital transformation.
- Experience in energy, water, telecom, or related sectors is preferred (implied by industry context).
