An Office Manager role supporting the smooth operation of Kraken's rapidly growing Japan team, ensuring organizational efficiency, coordination, and positive team dynamics in an office-based environment in Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations in Tokyo
- Support the onboarding and administrative needs of the Japan team
- Organize meetings, events, and office logistics
- Maintain office supplies and facilities management
- Assist with communication and correspondence within the team
Requirements
- The candidate must be able to commute to the Tokyo office 4 days a week.
- The candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and full of positive energy to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
- The candidate must support the team as the 'glue' that holds the team together, assisting the people building the future of energy.
- The role requires a hands-on approach to support Kraken’s growth, help move toward net zero, and support the energy transition in Japan.
- This is an office-based role, requiring physical presence at the Tokyo office four days per week.
