Job Description

The Lead Platform Engineer - Solutions is responsible for managing a global team to develop and automate custom integration solutions, ensuring timely delivery of applications while meeting client requirements related to networking, regulatory compliance, and data security in the energy technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate global platform engineering teams across US, EU, and APAC regions.
Build custom integration solutions with clients.
Automate the build process of the Kraken Customer application.
Ensure timely delivery of Kraken applications.
Champion automation initiatives.
Solve client-specific requirements related to networking, regulatory compliance, and data safety.

Requirements

Experience in building and managing custom integration solutions with clients and automating the build of applications in a technology environment.
Ability to manage and coordinate people across multiple regions, specifically across the US and EU, and collaborate with an APAC counterpart.
Proven experience in ensuring just-in-time application delivery processes and championing automation initiatives.
Experience in solving unique client requirements related to networking, regulatory compliance, data safety, and other needs.
Strong leadership skills to manage a team of engineers or technical staff across different geographic locations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with delivery management and global platform leadership.
Technical knowledge related to energy systems, renewable generation, smart grids, or similar energy technology fields (implied by the company's focus).
