Job Description

The Lead Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a structured, tailored nurture program to enhance client relationships, drive acquisition and retention, increase product knowledge and adoption, and foster a sense of community among clients in the energy technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured, tailored client nurture program to enhance relationships from prospect to long-term client
  • Strengthen client relationships to drive acquisition and retention
  • Improve client knowledge of Kraken products and use cases to increase upsell and product adoption
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer exchanges among clients to foster a sense of community

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and implementing structured, tailored nurture programs that provide a cohesive experience to clients from prospects to tenured clients, with the goal of strengthening relationships, driving acquisition and retention, improving product knowledge, and facilitating peer-to-peer exchanges.
  • Ability to build and support programs that enhance client relationships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Experience in creating initiatives that improve client knowledge around products and use cases to drive upsell and product adoption.
  • Proven ability to facilitate peer-to-peer exchanges across clients to develop a sense of community and belonging.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to inform program development and measure success.
  • Experience working in a technology or energy industry is preferred but not explicitly required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to align on program goals and execution.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
