Job Description
The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the FSI industry by managing executive relationships, driving platform adoption, and delivering measurable business value through data-driven processes and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the FSI industry
- Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for using Celonis
- Drive measurable business impact by ensuring platform adoption and value realization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer engagements and resource allocation
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage escalations and align internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Internalize customer strategies and targets to align Celonis delivery with business goals
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather insights and promote thought leadership
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings
- Drive innovation and strategic change initiatives to maximize customer value and business transformation
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the FSI industry.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Knowledge of how to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
