Job Description
The Lead Client Success Analyst is responsible for managing client queries, diagnosing issues within energy management applications, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries related to applications
- Diagnose issues within applications through deep analysis
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems
- Coordinate and escalate requests to development teams

Requirements
- Experience in case management of client queries and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems affecting clients.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value to clients through answering questions and resolving issues.
- People-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a community-based environment.
- Responsibility for managing client requests and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Keen interest in solving real-world problems related to energy and technology.
- Natural inquisitiveness and a continual learner attitude to stay updated with relevant technical knowledge.
