Job Description
The Head of Business Development for EU is responsible for expanding and nurturing new business opportunities within the European energy sector, working collaboratively across teams to generate, close, and deliver customer-oriented solutions that grow the company's client base and market share in sustainable energy technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase European new business presence and pipeline among utilities and asset owners
- Generate, nurture, and close deals across the region
- Collaborate with senior leadership, management, and technical teams to design customer-oriented propositions
- Drive growth of client base and market share through strategic business development activities
Requirements
- Experience in generating, nurturing, and closing deals across the European region, specifically with utilities and asset owners.
- Proven ability to increase new business presence and pipeline in the energy or related technology sectors within Europe.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, management teams, and cross-functional teams including business development, delivery, and technical teams to design and deliver customer-oriented propositions.
- Strong track record of exponentially growing client base and market share through strategic business development activities.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing a sales pipeline for energy or technology solutions in the European market.
