Requirements
- Experience in administering global stock plans or related equity compensation programs
- Strong understanding of stock plan administration processes and procedures
- Ability to manage and coordinate stock plan activities across multiple regions and jurisdictions
- Excellent organizational skills to handle complex data and ensure accuracy in stock plan records
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools used for stock plan administration
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to stock plans
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding stock plan matters
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Educational background or professional experience relevant to finance, human resources, or equity compensation management
