Job Description
The Global Practice Lead Leadership Development is a senior role responsible for designing and leading Kraken's global leadership development strategy, from first-time managers to CEOs, to foster a human-centered approach and create a competitive advantage through leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Kraken's global leadership development strategy
- Design scalable, human-centered leadership development programs
- Operate at an executive level to develop leaders from first-time team leads to CEOs
- Ensure leadership development becomes a competitive advantage for clients and Kraken
Requirements
- Experience operating comfortably at the executive level while designing scalable, human-centred leadership development programs at a global scale.
- Recognized expertise in leadership development with the ability to define and lead Kraken’s global approach to developing leaders from first-time team leads to CEOs.
- Ability to operate as a senior practice builder and a recognized expert in leadership development.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, human-centred leadership development initiatives at a global level.
