Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic projects within the energy company, working on cross-functional initiatives involving Data, Marketing, Sales, and Flexibility to develop and grow impactful solutions that support the company's mission of providing greener, more affordable energy and accelerating the ecological transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Travailler sur des projets transverses impliquant Data, Marketing, Ventes, Flexibilités pour développer des solutions à fort impact
- Participer à l'émergence, au test et à la croissance de nouveaux produits innovants pour les utilisateurs internes et externes
- Contribuer à la stratégie produit en alignant les initiatives avec les enjeux stratégiques de l'entreprise
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the energy or technology sector.
- Proven experience in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams including Data, Marketing, Sales, and Flexibility solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, test, and grow concrete solutions with high impact, particularly in innovative and agile environments.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and experience working with data technologies.
- Experience working with low-code platforms and implementing agile approaches in product development.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to work at the core of the company's strategic issues.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects that involve multiple expertise areas to achieve impactful solutions.
