A Talent Partner role focused on supporting various non-technical departments within Octopus Electric Vehicles, including vehicle operations, finance, marketing, sales, and customer support, to attract and hire talent in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for non-technical roles across various departments
Manage the recruitment process using ATS and sourcing tools
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Utilize data reporting and analytics to improve recruitment strategies
Requirements
Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.
Willingness to join on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis.
Experience working on non-tech areas across a business, including Vehicle Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
Proficiency in using ATS (Lever ATS), Ashby Analytics Data Reporting, Metaview Notetaking, CV screening and Sourcing modules, LinkedIn, Google Workplace, and Slack.
Ability to work in a hybrid role with at least 1 day or more per week in London.
