Job Description

The role involves leading and managing the EMEA Account Development team to drive pipeline attainment, forecast accuracy, and regional growth, while collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and develop talent across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own EMEA ADR performance, pipeline attainment, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and ADRs across multiple European markets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on pipeline strategy, territory planning, and cross-functional decisions.
  • Drive talent pipeline development for future AEs, managers, and leaders.
  • Implement AI tools and data-driven operating rhythms within the team.
  • Manage operations across diverse markets with different commercial dynamics.

Requirements

  • Second-line leadership experience in an ADR, SDR, or BDR function where you have managed managers, not just reps.
  • Demonstrable ownership of an EMEA or multi-market region including the UK and at least one continental European market.
  • A track record of consistent pipeline attainment across multiple consecutive periods, not just a single strong year.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to run the business from data, not instinct alone.
  • Excellent cross-functional credibility, having worked alongside AE leadership, revenue operations, and enablement as a genuine peer.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the ability to be in the UK office three days per week.
