Job Description
The Client Value Lead is a strategic and analytical role focused on measuring and demonstrating the value Kraken creates for its clients by transforming complex data into actionable insights, working across teams to influence decision-making and support sustainable energy innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze how Kraken creates and delivers value across clients, products, and markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex operational and commercial data into clear insights.
- Develop narratives based on data to influence decision-making and demonstrate client outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-impact analytical role sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and client outcomes.
- Ability to help scale and industrialise how Kraken measures value across clients, products, and markets.
- Experience working closely with Analytics, Product, Product Marketing, Delivery, Sales, Client Success, and Market teams.
- Proficiency in turning complex operational and commercial data into clear insights that demonstrate value creation and delivery.
- Enjoy working with data in context, not just building models but also shaping narratives that influence decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience in creating and delivering insights that prove how a company creates and delivers value in the real world.
