Job Description
The Client Implementation Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term requirements for clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions and support digital transformation in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domain billing, finance, and communication for client projects.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform and manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams and clients to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, interpret client requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to develop innovative improvements for clients.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development-aligned ways of working.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a thorough understanding of how Kraken works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- The candidate must have experience managing a technology domain related to billing, finance, or communications for client projects, either migrating onto the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements.
- The candidate must be able to work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver results for the client’s project or business needs.
- The candidate must have the ability to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- The candidate must support the client in adapting to ways of working that are aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- The candidate must work closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
