Job Description
The Client Implementation Lead is responsible for collaborating with clients and their customer operations teams to implement and optimize Kraken's energy management software, supporting the company's mission to create a sustainable and intelligent energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and their customer operations teams to implement Kraken software solutions
- Guide clients through the deployment and integration of the Kraken platform
- Ensure successful adoption of the Kraken operating model within client organizations
- Provide technical and operational support during the implementation process
- Act as a role model for the Kraken operating principles, emphasizing simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in client implementation, project management, or a related role involving the deployment of software solutions to clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and their customer operations teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the Kraken software platform.
- Strong understanding of energy systems, utilities, or renewable energy industries is preferred (implied by the focus on energy and utilities).
- Demonstrated ability to guide and model operational best practices guided by simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Commitment to the company's values of honesty, empathy, and customer-centric decision making.
- Willingness to work in a role that involves guiding clients through technical and operational changes related to energy management systems.
