Job Description
The Manager of Business Development at Celonis leads and coaches a team of Business Development Representatives to generate and qualify sales pipelines, supporting the company's growth in the enterprise SaaS and Process Mining space through strategic outreach, training, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify and recruit top candidates for the BDR organization
- Provide targeted coaching to improve prospecting, outreach, and discovery efforts
- Support pipeline generation in collaboration with sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage demand generation and field marketing initiatives
- Lead group training, enablement, coaching sessions, and team meetings
- Hold team accountable for meeting and surpassing performance targets
Requirements
- Four years of experience in the BDR (Business Development Representative) or SDR (Sales Development Representative) function or relevant work experience.
- Quota-carrying SaaS sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or similar college-level education, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in a prior role and the ability to inspire others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-level communication with internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrated passion for learning new things and continuous improvement.

Base salary range of $110,550 to $135,000 USD
