Job Description

The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of energy management solutions, working closely with technical stakeholders and clients to solve complex problems, refine solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes within the Australian energy distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical stakeholders, developers, QA, and solution architects to deliver energy management solutions.
Identify problems within client projects and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
Coordinate technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client outcomes.
Manage complex customer journeys involving multiple customer types and end users.
Bring together the right teams and resources to deliver the project roadmap.

Requirements

Experience working with technical stakeholders including developers, QA, and solution architects within the Australian energy distribution sector.
Proven ability to work in a hands-on capacity as a Client Delivery Lead, helping to build capability across the business with Kraken and third-party vendors.
Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver solutions.
Strong understanding of how Kraken works, with the ability to identify problems and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
Experience managing and solving complex problems across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
Ability to play a critical role in coordinating all relevant stakeholders to deliver the project roadmap.
