Job Description

The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and prioritizing the operations product roadmap, working closely with technology and operational teams to solve complex problems, improve products, and deliver innovative solutions across multiple customer journeys in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and prioritize the operations product roadmap in collaboration with Kraken and client teams
  • Work in partnership with technology and operational teams to understand and refine solutions
  • Identify problems within client operations and leverage capabilities to develop innovative improvements
  • Coordinate across multiple customer journeys and diverse customer types to deliver solutions
  • Bring together technology, people, and processes to enhance client products and experiences

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Client Delivery Lead or in a similar role responsible for creating, managing, and prioritising an operations product roadmap to ensure clarity and understanding with both the company and client business.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor within a flat and agile organisation, helping to build capability across the business with Kraken and third-party partners as the company continues to grow.
  • Proven experience in solving complex problems with great products, involving understanding how Kraken works, identifying problems, and refining solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
  • Experience dealing with complexity across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
  • Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver the product roadmap.
  • Understanding of how to identify problems and refine solutions effectively to leverage capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills to bring all the right people together to deliver the roadmap.
