Job Description
The Client Delivery Associate - Operations supports the implementation and collaboration of energy technology solutions with utility clients, focusing on improving customer operations and promoting sustainable energy initiatives within a global, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and their customer operations teams to support energy management solutions
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Kraken's software platform for energy systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support and operational guidance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client delivery, customer operations, or a related role within a technology or energy company.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and their customer operations teams to support the deployment and ongoing management of Kraken software solutions.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical information and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address client issues and ensure successful implementation of Kraken products.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and prioritization of multiple tasks.
- Commitment to customer benefit, simplicity, and efficiency in decision-making processes.
- Ability to work in an environment that promotes honesty, empathy, and inclusivity, aligning with Kraken’s core values.
