Job Description
A Back End Engineer responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions within a sustainable energy platform, working across the entire product lifecycle to automate processes, explore new technologies, and contribute to innovative energy management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems for energy management platform
- Identify and explore new technologies to enhance product capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and implement innovative solutions
- Rapidly prototype AI-driven features to improve business processes
- Automate processes to reduce migration times and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in back-end software development, with a focus on building scalable and efficient systems.
- Experience working across the entire product lifecycle, including exploration, validation, rapid prototyping, and deployment of new technologies.
- Ability to identify and implement uses of new technologies to bring value to the business.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams around the business to validate ideas and ensure successful implementation.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application within a business context.
- Ability to automate processes to improve efficiency, such as reducing migration times for new clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address pressing business problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
- Commitment to honesty and empathy, aligning with the company's values.
