Job Description
The VP of Quality will lead the development and implementation of quality systems, product assurance, and supplier performance strategies to ensure the company's energy storage products meet international standards and safety regulations, supporting the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality systems to ensure product compliance with international standards
- Oversee product assurance processes to maintain high quality standards
- Manage supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability of components
- Support compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
Requirements
- Serve as the organization’s strategic and operational quality leader, ensuring that products meet rigorous international standards while also supporting compliance in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) domains.
- Have strong emphasis on quality systems, product assurance, and supplier performance.
- Possess experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in a manufacturing or energy storage environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to ensure products meet international standards relevant to energy storage systems.
- Support compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
- Possess leadership skills to lead quality initiatives across multiple teams and functions within the organization.
