Job Description
The Manufacturing Development Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for next-generation vanadium flow battery stacks, focusing on automation, process improvements, and designing fixtures to ensure efficient and high-quality production in the energy storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for vanadium flow battery stacks
- Investigate automation options to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Evaluate process improvements to enhance product quality and production speed
- Design jigs and fixtures to support high-quality, efficient manufacturing
Requirements
- Experience in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for battery stacks or similar products.
- Ability to investigate automation options and evaluate process improvements related to manufacturing.
- Experience in designing jigs and fixtures to enable efficient, high-quality production.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and process engineering principles.
- Proficiency in designing and evaluating manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ability to contribute to process investigations and implement process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
