Job Description
The Manufacturing Development Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for next-generation vanadium flow battery stacks, focusing on automation, process improvements, and designing fixtures to ensure efficient and high-quality production in the energy storage industry.

Requirements
- Experience in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for battery stacks or similar electrochemical components.

- Proficiency in designing jigs and fixtures to enable efficient, high-quality production of battery stacks.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process development in a factory setting.
- Experience in working within a product development organization, specifically reporting to a Director of Stack Development or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in designing manufacturing aids such as jigs and fixtures for high-volume production.
- Knowledge of energy storage technologies, particularly vanadium flow batteries, is preferred but not explicitly required.
