Job Description
A Staff Product Manager responsible for leading the development of Home Insights within the GoodLeap Homeowner App, focusing on transforming data into personalized, actionable insights about energy performance, maintenance, and environmental impact to enhance homeowner engagement and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Define how homeowners understand, track, and act on insights about their home, including energy performance, maintenance, and environmental impact
- Shape the foundation for delivering personalized, actionable insights to homeowners
- Transform data into insights that build homeowner confidence, trust, and engagement
Requirements
- Experience in product management or a related role with a focus on home or energy-related applications.
- Ability to define how homeowners understand, track, and act on insights about their home, including energy performance, maintenance, and environmental impact.
- Experience transforming data into personalized, actionable insights that build confidence, trust, and long-term engagement with users.
- Proven ability to shape the foundation for delivering lasting value to homeowners through innovative product features.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead strategic areas of a product, including defining vision, roadmap, and key features for a major component of a homeowner app.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a startup mindset.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
