Job Description
The Capital Markets Director for Project Finance will lead the execution of funding strategies for solar lease and power purchase agreement projects, requiring expertise in project finance, stakeholder management, and strategic funding operations within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies for funding and managing solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in project finance.
- Apply expertise in project finance including tax equity, project debt, and cash equity to support project execution.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of project finance including tax equity, project debt, and or cash equity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to the execution of funding and managing solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Ability to demonstrate robust technical skills related to project finance and capital markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience working in a role that involves managing or executing project finance strategies in the renewable energy or solar industry.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: 175,000 - 225,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses
