Job Description
The Social Media Manager will oversee and enhance GoodLeap's social media presence across platforms, develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness and engagement, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement impactful campaigns that support the company's sustainability mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GoodLeap's social media presence across relevant platforms
- Build brand awareness and amplify organizational work through social media
- Develop and implement social media strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, and creative teams to execute social media campaigns
- Support social channels of other entities within the GoodLeap ecosystem, including GivePower
Requirements
- Deep understanding of social media trends and platforms, with the ability to concept, plan, and implement effective strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels.
- Experience in managing social media personality and presence across all relevant platforms.
- Ability to assist in building brand awareness and amplify organizational work through social media engagement.
- Experience working closely with communications, marketing, and creative teams to implement social media campaigns that resonate with stakeholders and motivate the broader market.
- Passion for storytelling and community building to support social media efforts.
- Support experience for social channels of other entities within the organization’s ecosystem, including nonprofit organizations.
- Ability to drive engagement with target audiences through social media strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in managing social media content across multiple channels, including owned, paid, and earned media.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including communication with cross-functional teams.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
