Job Description
A Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer focused on backend development, responsible for designing, developing, and scaling the company's platform, leading initiatives from concept to delivery, and ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale the platform with a focus on backend development
- Lead initiatives from concept to delivery, including planning features and defining MVPs
- Work across the full technology stack to build secure, reliable, and performance-optimized solutions
- Break down projects into actionable phases and remove blockers for the team
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build high-impact solutions
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to delivery, including planning features, defining MVPs, breaking projects into actionable phases, and removing blockers for the team.
- Demonstrated technical excellence, initiative, and leadership in software development.
- Ability to work across the full technology stack, with a focus on building secure, reliable, and performance-optimized solutions.
- Experience working closely with product managers and fellow engineers to design, develop, and scale software platforms.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to take ownership of high-impact work within a growing company.
