Job Description
The Senior Director of Marketing Operations Data is responsible for optimizing marketing technology, establishing KPI frameworks, and driving data-informed decision-making to support the company's marketing strategy and growth efforts.

Requirements
- Experience serving as a strategic backbone of a marketing organization, responsible for optimizing marketing technology infrastructure, establishing enterprise-level KPI frameworks, and driving data-informed decision-making across all marketing functions.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and execution by ensuring the team has the tools, processes, and insights needed to scale effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing enterprise-level KPI frameworks.
- Strong expertise in optimizing marketing technology infrastructure.
- Ability to drive data-informed decision-making across all marketing functions.
- Experience in developing and implementing processes that support marketing operations at an enterprise level.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $150,000 - $170,000 annually
