Job Description
The Payment Solutions Growth Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of GoodLeap's payment platform among home improvement and solar contractors, as well as developing it as a standalone offering for new business clients, by identifying and onboarding prospective partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the payments product across Home Improvement and Solar Contractors
- Develop the payments product as a stand-alone offering for new business segments
- Partner with the business development team to identify, qualify, and sign prospective contractors to the payments platform
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving payments growth strategy and adoption of payments products, with a focus on Home Improvement and Solar Contractors.
- Experience in developing payments products as a stand-alone offering for businesses not yet on the platform.
- Ability to proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective contractors to the payments platform in collaboration with the business development team.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including platform adoption, contractor engagement, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills to collaborate effectively with business development and other teams.
- Ability to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: 55,000 - 75,000 annually
