Job Description
A Paralegal in the Capital Markets team supporting complex financing transactions and legal operations related to sustainable home solutions, working closely with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel to ensure compliance and seamless transaction execution.

- Support complex financing transactions and legal operations related to capital markets
- Collaborate with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel to ensure proper execution of transactions
- Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual requirements
Requirements
- Experience supporting complex financing transactions and ongoing legal operations, preferably in a capital markets or related legal environment.
- Ability to work closely with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel to ensure seamless execution of Capital Market transactions and ongoing compliance with contractual requirements.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues on the fly.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
- Ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities, including reassignments or additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
