Job Description
The Client Support Manager works with installers on the platform to ensure an excellent customer experience by leveraging data to identify improvements, conducting audits, and managing pipelines to meet customer and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with installers to ensure delivery of the best customer experience
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas for improvement with installers
- Collaborate with installers to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct installer audits to ensure standards are met
- Manage pipeline activities to meet customer expectations and company standards
Requirements
- Experience working with installers on a platform to ensure delivery of the best customer experience possible.
- Ability to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Installers and work collaboratively to improve the customer experience.
- Experience conducting Installer audits and managing pipelines to ensure customer expectations and GoodLeap standards are being met.
- Strong customer service skills focused on improving the customer experience.
- Ability to work as a dependable teammate and support a collaborative work culture.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate transparent customer communication and work effectively with installers.
- Ability to perform additional duties such as audits and pipeline management as assigned by supervisors or managers.
