Job Description
The Client Support Energy Specialist evaluates potential savings for solar system borrowers by collecting and analyzing usage data, estimated solar generation, and future benefits, while assisting the Financial Investigations team in determining appropriate resolutions based on these assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate estimated savings for borrowers from solar system purchases
- Collect and review documents related to borrower usage and solar system benefits
- Compare borrower historical energy usage with estimated solar generation and future savings
- Assist the Financial Investigations team in determining borrower resolution based on savings or losses
Requirements
- Provide a direct comprehensive evaluation of the estimated savings that borrowers may receive from the purchase of the solar system.
- Collect documents related to borrower information, historical usage, estimated solar generation, and future benefits of the solar system.
- Compare borrower historical usage data with estimated solar generation and projected benefits of the solar system.
- Assist the Financial Investigations team in determining the ideal resolution based on the estimated savings or loss of borrowers and the data presented at the time of sale if applicable.
- Possess the ability to perform detailed data analysis and comparison related to solar energy savings and borrower information.
- Be able to perform job duties as assigned by supervisors or other managers related to the position or department.
