Job Description
The Capital Markets Associate will support the funding and management of solar lease and power purchase agreement projects by applying their expertise in project finance, stakeholder management, and financial execution within a technology-driven company focused on sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of funding strategies for solar lease and power purchase agreement projects
- Manage and analyze project finance components including tax equity, project debt, and cash equity
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project financing and management
Requirements
- Deep understanding of project finance including tax equity, project debt, and or cash equity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to the execution of funding and managing solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Demonstrate robust technical skills related to project finance and funding strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to perform responsibilities related to the role as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually
