Job Description
The Bilingual Client Support Manager works with installers to ensure excellent customer experience by leveraging data to identify improvements, conducting audits, and managing pipelines, all while supporting the company's mission of delivering sustainable financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with installers on the platform to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas for improvement with installers
- Collaborate with installers to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct installer audits to ensure standards are met
- Manage the pipeline to meet customer expectations and company standards
Requirements
- Ability to work as a Bilingual Client Support Manager, working with installers on the platform to ensure delivering the best customer experience possible.
- Experience in leveraging Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Installers and working collaboratively to improve the customer experience.
- Experience in conducting Installer audits and pipeline management to ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and another language (implied by 'Bilingual').
- Ability to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
- Ability to adapt to changes in job responsibilities, reassignments, or transfers as determined by the company.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations for known disabilities.
