Job Description
The Assumption Specialist is responsible for processing property ownership change applications for solar and battery loans, as well as handling customer inquiries via phone and email, in a bilingual Spanish-English environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process assumption applications for solar and battery loans related to property ownership changes
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails to address customer questions and concerns
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience in processing assumption applications for solar and battery loans when changes in property ownership occur.
- Ability to handle incoming phone calls from the GoodLeap dedicated toll-free line and emails by addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service and communication.
- Ability to perform activities related to assumption operations as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Willingness to perform additional responsibilities related to the position as assigned by supervisors or managers.
