Job Description
The VP of Growth in Mexico City is responsible for leading business development, building strategic relationships, and driving market expansion for Insider's innovative AI-native SaaS platform, with a focus on growth, network building, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in Mexico.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
- Identify and create a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a conversation starter, network builder, and advocate for the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role related to growth, business development, or sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong relationship-building, consulting, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to act as a conversation starter, network builder, and noise maker in the market.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and act as an owner.
- Ability to operate with a solution-oriented mindset, viewing problems as opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple markets, with proven success in at least 19 markets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a flat hierarchy and contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on learning and empowerment.
