Job Description
The VP of Growth in Mexico City is responsible for leading business development, building strategic relationships, and driving market expansion for Insider's innovative AI-native SaaS platform, with a focus on growth, network building, and creating a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in Mexico.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and create a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a conversation starter, network builder, and advocate for the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role related to growth, business development, or sales, with a track record of building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong relationship-building, consulting, and strategic thinking skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Experience working in or with B2B SaaS companies, preferably with knowledge of AI-native platforms for Customer Experience and Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to act as an owner, take initiative, and drive growth strategies across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication skills to serve as a conversation starter, network builder, and noise maker in various markets.
- Experience in managing or leading teams across different countries or regions, with an understanding of diverse cultural contexts.
- Ability to think strategically about market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in multiple markets.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn challenges into actionable plans.
