Job Description
The Assistant Collections Manager is responsible for coaching and developing collection staff into effective negotiators, motivating the team to meet monthly goals, and ensuring a positive customer experience within a technology-driven company focused on sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and develop collectors into strong negotiators
- Motivate collectors to maintain high morale
- Achieve monthly collection goals
- Provide an excellent customer experience during collections
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- The candidate must have the ability to coach, train, and develop collectors into strong negotiators while providing an excellent customer experience.
- The candidate must be able to effectively motivate collectors to ensure high morale.
- The candidate must be able to achieve monthly goals related to collections.
- The candidate must have experience in collections, negotiation, or related roles (implied by the need to develop negotiators and coach collectors).
