Job Description
The Staff AI Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling AI products and components, working closely with product teams to define technical strategies and ensure software quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, monitor, and scale AI products and components
- Apply engineering best practices to ensure software quality and operational excellence
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product roadmap and technical strategy
Requirements
- Experience in building, maintaining, monitoring, and scaling AI products and components.
- Applying engineering best practices to ensure software quality and operational excellence.
- Work directly with Product Managers and other stakeholders to help define the product roadmap.
- Provide input towards the overall technical strategy for AI products.
- Possess a strong background in software engineering, particularly related to AI and machine learning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy scalable AI solutions in a professional environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
