The Operations G A Recruiter at Gatik is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and supporting talent acquisition across various operational and administrative roles to help grow the company's autonomous middle-mile logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute hiring strategies
Manage and improve recruiting workflows, including job specifications and interview panels
Source candidates using creative strategies and build talent pipelines
Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles
Support the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruiting processes
Stay informed on market trends and engage passive talent
Requirements
BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing, operations-focused environments
Experience hiring across multiple locations, with a mix of managerial and non-exempt hourly roles
Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels
Experience recruiting for a range of functions and role types
Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar tools (preferred)
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
