Job Description
A Product Manager responsible for leading the development and management of Gatik's Fleet Management Software, a critical platform that integrates with autonomous vehicles to provide real-time visibility, control, and insights for logistics operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for the cloud-based Fleet Management platform.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate business and user needs into product features and sprint plans.
- Partner with UX/UI designers and user researchers to create user-centric experiences.
- Manage product rollouts, ensure adoption, and gather feedback from customers and operations teams.
- Design scalable solutions based on customer requirements to support long-term growth.
- Support go-to-market efforts by providing sales and marketing with product messaging and value propositions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of product management experience or 2 years of product management experience with an MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Proven success shipping cloud-based software products.
- Strong foundation in web and/or mobile product development, with a focus on clean, consumer-grade UI/UX.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI and user research teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead products end-to-end - from concept through launch and iteration.
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS or platform products.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, with Azure preferred.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: 170,000-230,000 USD
