Job Description
The Operations G A Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and supporting the recruitment process for operational, management, and administrative roles at Gatik, helping to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency in a fast-growing autonomous vehicle company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute hiring strategies
- Manage and improve recruiting workflows, including job specifications and interview panels
- Source candidates using creative strategies and build talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles
- Support and guide the hiring process to meet team hiring goals
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance recruiting processes based on data and experience
- Promote Gatik's mission, values, and employee value proposition to candidates
- Stay informed on market trends and engage passive talent
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing, operations-focused environments
- Experience hiring across multiple locations, with a mix of managerial and non-exempt hourly roles
- Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels
- Experience recruiting for a range of functions and role types
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar tools (preferred)
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
