Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer, Visualization at Aurora is responsible for designing and developing high-performance 3D web visualization platforms to analyze self-driving vehicle data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship major features for Aurora's web visualization applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
- Write high-quality code using Typescript and React.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of self-driving vehicle data visualization and analysis tools.
Requirements
- Five years of industry experience building software in a production environment.
- Deep and demonstrated understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Experience working with Javascript or TypeScript to build web applications.
- Empathy for users and a drive to build clean and elegant UI/UX.
Benefits & Perks
Base salary range: $139,000 - $223,000 per year
Annual bonus eligibility
Equity compensation
Hybrid work environment (in-office at least 3 days per week)
